How many Iraqi civilians did Saddam Hussein kill, and how many Iraqi civilians were killed in the Iraq war?

Not counting the fact that since the fall of Saddam, the muslim civil wars have ballooned in Iraq between the two schools of Islam. Saddam used to have a firm hand at keeping both of them from going berserk. The temporary government there at the moment is a joke.
