How can I fix overflow from my combi boiler. Water leaking trough overflow and going outside the building.?

If your boiler is set to the correct water pressure and it still runs out through the overflow, then the water pressure valve needs replacing. It is the valve that the overflow pipe is connected to. They cannot be repaired as they are a sealed unit. Over a period of time, the spring inside becomes worn and cannot hold the pressure.
