Will these graphics cards fit into my CPU?

The only thing you have to worry about is if it is PCI or PCI express and if it has a power cord to attatch to it. Ummm as far as Pheonix BIOS thats just the version of BIOS your running not the manufacture or model of your motherboard. Since the card you currently have is not PCI Express i would ume you don't have a PCI express slot.
