Is my girlfriend seriously ill?

hi folks my g.f is complaining of stomach ach n cramps,, headach. fever n so on...... any1 know what it mite be n know of any thing that might help her rest, she feels sick but has not bin sick, slight touch of diaorea once in the morning,,, bad fever yesterday,, TODAY.. painfull stomach upper cramps HELP ANY ONE THANKS
