18+ yr old male who stands at 1.63 m (5 ft 4 inches)? can i grow any taller?

i m 18.5 yrs old n i m jus 1.63m tall..i've been concerned lately if i would grow any taller..i've never had any form of profound growth spurt. my height increases at a rate of abt 5.5 cm/yr.my friends juz recently pointed that i cud be a 'late bloomer' as my voice only broke during my mid-16 while they had theirs when they were 13 or 14.i consulted e doctor 2 yrs ago n there were no abnormalities in my blood. e doctor presumes that i may grow till 20 or 21 since my voice broke pretty late. wat r some exercises or training dat i may adopt to grow taller? does rope skipping, stretching, hanging on chin-up bar help? personal experiences may help...thx in advance
