Bikini Body For Summer HELP!?

Run!! I've lost so much weight from running so I know it really helps. Look online for some ab exercies. I've googled some that help tone me. Eat more lean meats and fruits/veggies. cut out fatty food, but still treat yourself once in a while. I don't know much about protein drinks, so I don't know if they're effective. good luck!!!
