English only rules are illogical?

I think you should teach the non-English-speaking children how to speak English and teach all other subjects in their language until they can speak it fluently. Also, if you want your employees to speak only English, host free English tutorials in their off time to help them improve. Otherwise, it's not fair to fire them for not speaking English.
