Finaly got a BFP!! had 2 miscariages this yr, so hoping this time be ok?

i got a very faint positive last week, then it followed 2 negatives las one being xmas day. then today i retested as still no sign of period and got a clear positive on cheap test. cant believe it. seen doctor starte away today and she has put me on progesterone capsules to try and help it. any tips anyone, cuz i dont realy feel pregnant apart from missed period, just finding it hard to believe im pregnant. happy new yr everyone
