How can i take the windows xp drivers to windows 98 or ME?

see, i have this old computer (pentium II 700 mhz, 96 ram, motherboard sis 600 or something and an creatie sound blaster live!). is currenltly running with windows xp, but is sort of slow. and win 98/me lack the drivers i need, plus i lost the driver cd, and i cannot connect it to internet to download the drivers. is it posible to take the drivers from the win xp cd and install them on win 98?
