How do I cut my bangs like this?

Well, to me, it looks like she has grown out bangs, so they are rather long, but right at the very top near her eyes she has them short, so my suggestion is that you grow bangs almost to the point of having them in your eyes, but right where your eyes are, just cut them really short like at the eyebrow, then gradually cut on an angle so they look like they get longer and longer as you go across them. :) She's really pretty. :)
