I am trying to publish my book, how do I do it?

I am 14 and I would just like to know more about publishing. I need to know small publishig companys (no agent needed) that are willing to at least look at my mcript. If all else fails i'll turn to self publishing but i would prefer not to. If you know any companys that work from past experience tell me.
