Is the granting the title of Duke and Duchess of Cambridge a subtle caution about marrying a commoner?

It is funny, Kate is a commoner and they just so happened to make them the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, which is one of the biggest toilets in Britain. Coincidence? I think not.
