Is taking physics in high school looked for by colleges?

AP Physics does give you a college credit, if you think you can handle the cl and want to have that done. However, you only need 3 credits for science to graduate. At my high school, they require us to take physics, chem, and bio. A recommended college preparatory program is 4 credits for science. I would suggest focusing periods in your schedule that would be open in the future on something more constructive towards your major. If you want to do something in social sciences, take more of those and only the requirements of subjects such as science or math.
