Know of any cheap motels near Cape Cod?

I'm looking to go to Cape Cod for a few days. I am on a budget, so I want to know if there are any cheap hotels/motels/etc. Also, does anybody know how much it is for a plane ride/ ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard?
