Mobile Phone insurance injustice. Claim denied because it wasn't barred quickly enough?

mobile phone insurance is well known for being a rip off - unfortunately if it says in your contract to inform them within a given time limit then I'm afraid you might have shot yourself in the foot - insurance companies will always look for ways to get out of paying up and you have given them the perfect excuse . You could try pestering them and then say you are getting legal advice and even try to get your last payment returned - but certainly cancel your future payments - you may have to put it down to experience - and don't bother about insurance in future.
