Why was my question removed - with no explanatory email received?

I asked a technical question about how to set designate left and right input channels on an audio-interface device. The question included nothing improper, vulgar, obscene, racist, etc. Before I received a single answer the question was removed, and I have received no explanatory email from Yahoo Answers. Can someone explain this?
